Real Estate Investment Services (“REIS”)

DCAM’s REIS platform covers all aspects of the property investment cycle from Acquisition, Asset Management and Disposal. DCAM’s real estate platform focuses on establishing robust relationships with strategic advisors, real estate agents, solicitors, tax advisors, and banks for commercial mortgage financing.

 

The REIS platform is structured to deliver real estate investment opportunities through two business models catering to the Clients’ preferences, as follows:

 

  1. Client by client investment mandates, referred to as “Single Asset Deals”. Typically, this caters to a sole Client party, that can be either an individual Client, a family group or a related group of shareholders that are investing jointly;

  2. Unrelated investors investing via a pooled structure, i.e.  a Fund, referred to herein as “Club Funds”.
     

DeaconCapital Club Fund I  (“DCCF I”)

DCCF I invests in real estate investment opportunities primarily focused on the single strategy of Private Rented Sector (“PRS”) and / or similar residential investment strategies, in the United Kingdom, whether directly or indirectly via strategic collaborations.

 

Towards this end, DCAM has entered into a strategic collaboration with Grace Real Estate Partners Ltd. (“Grace”) — a UK investment and asset management firm specialising in value-add residential platforms.

 

Up till September 2025, DCCF I is a strategic equity investor in three property portfolios, as a Limited Partner. Two such property portfolios are in the Northeast Counties (“NEC”) of England (Northern Portfolios) and one student housing portfolio in London.

 

The Northern Portfolios consist of 832 units whilst the student housing portfolio in London consists of 33 units.
