DCAM’s clients are High Net Worth individuals and / or family groups whereby the majority have UK real estate investments whether residential and / or commercial. The Real Estate Asset Class has always been integral to our clients balance sheet and by extension our involvement on a client by client basis.
Since its inception in 2007, DCAM has been closely involved in assisting in the debt (mortgage) financing, arranging tax advice and the planning with the Fiduciary Trust Companies as in regard to the structure(s) through which the UK property investments are held. DCAM works with specialist solicitors in this area and when property purchases or sales were undertaken, coordinating with the designated agents / advisors and the conveyancing solicitors towards a successful completion.
During Q1 2017, DCAM decided to set-up a standalone Real Estate Investment Services (REIS) business, making the most of its experience and resources in this asset class to primarily target the commercial real estate investment sector, capitalising on the “REIS Platform”.
As a consequence, DCAM obtained the “small AIFM” regulatory authorisation for its REIS Fund business (specific strategy Real Estate Funds).
DCAM’s REIS platform covers all aspects of the property investment cycle from Acquisition, Asset Management and Disposal. DCAM’s real estate platform has been built by establishing robust relationships with strategic advisors, real estate agents, solicitors, tax advisors, and banks for commercial mortgage financing. DCAM will coordinate and collaborate with its existing relationships at every level of the investment cycle to achieve best in class services to our Clients.
